Moody Radio's Faith and Fitness Challenge
Moody Radio staff and close to 600 listeners participated in a physical and spiritual challenge. They committed to exercising 30 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week. In addition to being physically fit, they also wanted to get spiritually fit. I Timothy 4:8 says "For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come." While the challenge is officially over, many have decided to keep up the routine a begin a healthier lifestyle! Keep listening as we do plan to host another challenge so you can get involved too.
