Our Biggest Need: Phone Data Entry

Our biggest need is for Phone Data Entry volunteers (PDE) between the hours of 6 a.m. and 9 p.m.  Join us for a morning, midday, afternoon, evening shift or more!

Suited for the Task?

Here are the qualifications:

• Comfortable talking on the phone while being courteous and polite and able to speak with a clear voice
• Manual dexterity to work with a standard computer mouse and keyboard
• Able to talk to the caller and type data into the computer at the same time
• Comfortable with software on Microsoft Windows computers (E-mailing and Web browsing demonstrates sufficient computer experience)
• Hear well in a noisy environment
• Eyesight (corrected) that allows you to work at a computer screen

Volunteers are needed from March 16-19 (Tuesday-Friday) on the campus of the Moody Bible Institute. Our biggest needs are the following times:

Tues. 3/16: 6am-9am;  3pm-8pm
Wed. 3/17:  4:30am-10am;  2:30pm-8pm
Thurs. 3/18:  4:30am-11am;  4pm-8pm
Fri. 3/19: 4:30am-9am;  3:30pm-9pm
